Buurtzorg Nederland has asked White House Development to stay on the lookout for locations across the Netherlands that can be converted into one of the organisation’s Buurtzorgpensions (short-term care homes). This partnership has already resulted in new locations in Utrecht, Vlissingen and Rotterdam. WHD has carried out the lease and design process on behalf of Stichting Buurtzorg Nederland. In addition, we have guided and monitored the redevelopment of these locations towards turn-key premises.

Buurtzorgpension Utrecht | 900 m²

Buurtzorgpension Utrecht has room to provide nursing and care services to 24 clients.

Buurtzorgpension Vlissingen | 1,200 m²

Buurtzorgpension Vlissingen has room to provide nursing and care services to 25 clients.

Buurtzorgpension Rotterdam | 1,000 m²

Buurtzorgpension Noordereiland has room to provide nursing and care services to 23 clients.

Do you have one or more locations in the Netherlands that may be suited to this purpose? Don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss the possibilities.
