This office building has a UFA of 3,047 m² spread across four storeys. The building has two separate entrances for the different sections: one on Boelekade and one on Spoorstraat.
The interior of the building saw extensive renovation in 2012 and 2013. This included the renewal of its insolation and lighting, and the optimisation of its energy management to A label standards.
