The buildings were built in 1875 and are a municipal monument. White House Development has realized 13 characterful rental apartments above the Etos in a small-scale transformation development. Etos rents the entire ground floor which has been completely renovated. The facade has also been renovated with a combination of hardwood frames and natural stone, which gives the facade a historic look.
