The Engelvaart site in Gouda spans approximately 25,000 m\u00b2 and is located in the Goudse Poort business area. In collaboration with Green Real Estate B.V., White House Development B.V. has developed this plot and facilitated the zoning for Logistics Centre 1220. The property offers excellent accessibility via the A12 and A20 motorways.<\/p>\n

The construction of the building is being carried out by Heembouw, who have been working on the completion of the logistics centre since the summer of 2024. In May 2025, the traditional milestone of reaching the highest point was celebrated.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text disable_pattern=”false” css=”.vc_custom_1713513779716{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]\n

In trendy Amsterdam-Noord, the former warehouse at Asterdwarsweg 1 is undergoing a remarkable transformation into Mama Shelter Amsterdam<\/strong>: a sustainable hotel currently under development.<\/p>\n

The project involves the addition of an eight-story hotel building to an existing warehouse structure. The public area of over 600 m\u00b2 will be fully renovated and will include an accessible restaurant and various hotel facilities<\/strong>. The remaining space will be used for parking and bicycle storage. The hotel, comprising approximately 150 rooms, is being designed to be structurally independent within the existing warehouse, and will feature a rooftop terrace on the top floor. Construction began in 2024, and the hotel is scheduled to open its doors in early 2027. Mama Shelter Amsterdam will not only be a hotel, but a vibrant part of the local community.<\/p>\n

White House Development and the Rotterdam Development Company (ROM) are jointly developing approximately 400 independent student housing units under the name ‘Student Housing Fascinatio<\/strong>‘ on a plot located on the Fascinatio Boulevard in Capelle aan den IJssel. The excellent infrastructure and the convenient proximity to educational institutions such as Erasmus University and Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences add an extra dimension to this project and the surrounding area.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text disable_pattern=”false” css=”.vc_custom_1747913072544{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]\n

A former office building on Bleulandweg, located near the Groene Hart Hospital, is being transformed into a modern healthcare center. Initiated by Mediis, a general practitioners\u2019 organization, the post-1965 building with a gross floor area of approximately 2,250 m\u00b2 will be redeveloped to house a range of healthcare services.
