Wijdstraat 1 was originally built as a department store in 1909. The building currently houses a mix of office spaces (in the basement and on the ground, first and second floors) and residential units (on the third and fourth floors), with a combined floor area of 767 m². The building’s top floors offer a splendid view of Gouda’s historical centre. White House Development bears responsibility for its technical, commercial and financial management.
